they aren't mince but we should be beating teams like this with ease on Wednesday they will struggle to get out there own half

Don't know how u can say that Gordo! They won't get out there own half! This is a team that's beat Salzburg(who we couldn't beat) fc twente dinipro(who made EL final last year and drew with inter Milan! Yeh we have to be beating teams like this if we want to get to the CL but this team are no mugs pal! We struggled against the Icelandic mob at home and these are a big step up!

I think they are odds on to score with our, here, have a goal, defence.

First of all welcome to the site CTbhoy84, when draw was first made I too was worried as was ED007 and a good few others, but my thinking now has completely turned around, let Quarabagh worry about CELTIC, we have enough good players to cause them problems both at Celtic Park and away from home, I hope we win by at least two clear goals but I will settle for a 0-0 (won't be entirely happy, but Celtic can score over there) If, we play to our full potential I can see a good win which will negate a lot of the problems in the away leg. I wish Delia and Collins would stop talking up this team and start talking up Celtic, a positive mindset is what we all need going into this game. Hail hail

Timalloy, I'm sure RD and JC are saying all the right things in private to the players. The last thing they'll want is journalists twisting their words into headlines the Qarabag manager can use as incentive.

They will play 10 men behind the ball against us at celtic park and look to hit us on the counter is probably what I should have said then.Did they beat these teams home or away dh88 I don't know anything about them tbh

I believe that just like international football the days of these so called lesser nations being taken lightly are gone. Who remembers the shock Karagandy gave us. Not to mention Bratislava Maribor and sion. Look at some of the teams that qualify for the cl group stages. Names a lot of us haven't heard of but it turns out they are spending millions on players. Celtic have a huge task getting through this 2 leg match and getting through a play off but rd will be well aware of the task in front of him. We have to remember although celtic are a massive global brand we do not spend like a big name. So although our club name is a big deal over the world our current team is not. I will be fully behind the team as always but will be taking nothing for granted.

They beat dinipro away from home,drew with inter at home and drew with twente and St etienne away mate.i know what your sayin but about us being capable of beating them! Just don't think we've got the quality now to be overly confident about facing teams like this with a decent record against decent teams! I'll be more than happy with a one or two nil 2morow bud.if we go over there and it's 1-1 or sumthin like that then I fear for us! Not being doom and gloom,just the way I feel! What's your thoughts on tomorrow and quarabag ED?

{Ed007's Note - I'm confident we'll get a win tomorrow night but the away leg is a potential banana skin, just like we are quietly confident against anyone at home there are other teams out there that do the same and it looks like Qarabag might well be one of them.}
